How long is the course?
This course is a minimum of 6 hours not including test times, but the average time is 8 hours.
How do I sign up?
To create and account and access your course, please follow these steps:
- Click on the Sign Up button at the top right corner of the page.
- In the pop up window select the first option Create Learner Account.
What is the cost of the course?
The course cost is $99.95, a total of $104.95 with tax.
I have finished the course, now what?
Once you have completed the course, a certificate will be created for you. It will be mailed to you or you may pick it up at our office to take to a registry office. At the registry office, they will check the certificate so you can have your demerits reduced. You may also choose to have your certificate couriered to you for an additional fee. Certificates will be ready in 3 - 5 business days after course completion.
When can I get help?
The office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
How do I get the certificate faster?
You can call us at 1-866-432-5076 to pay an express fee of $50.00 plus courier fees to recieve your certificate sooner.
Do I have to do the course all at one time?
No, you may sign in and out as you want. If you still need additional time after two weeks, call the office and we will extend your time limit.
How many times can I take the final exam?
You may take it two times.
How often can I do the course?
You may do the course as often as you like, but may only receive the demerits reduction once every 2 years.
What mark do I need to pass the course?
You need at least 80%.
