Additional Course Information
The Winter Driving & Skid Control Course is designed to provide drivers with the essential skills to navigate winter roads safely. This program focuses on winter-specific defensive driving strategies, skid recovery, emergency braking techniques, and handling black ice conditions. The course combines interactive online training with hands-on, in-vehicle instruction using FSI’s specially designed skid vehicles.

Course Duration
This course has a 2-hour in-vehicle session and online winter driving classroom training to complete.
Program Testing
Practical assessments and instructor evaluations are conducted during the course.
